The key to success is to risk thinking unconventional thoughts. Convention is the enemy of progress.

– Trevor Baylis.

María Luisa provides advice to foreign and domestic clients on the protection of their intellectual property rights, including trademark counseling and prosecution, and their representation in pre-trial mediation, opposition and cancellation proceedings, jointly with the strategic enforcement of other intangible assets.
