Paula Galván

Paula provides advice to foreign and domestic clients on the protection of their intellectual property rights, including the development and maintenance of large trademark portfolios and the strategic enforcement of other intangible assets.

She has broad experience in the prosecution of industrial property matters and in the negotiation of settlement agreements concerning intellectual and industrial property conflicts.

Previous Experience

Paula began working on industrial property in 1997, when she became a member of the Trademarks team at Estudio Chaloupka.  She headed the Trademarks Department of said firm between 2014 and 2020.  Her focus is oriented towards obtaining efficient results while offering an impeccable service.

She was named a partner of Ojam Bullrich Flanzbaum in January 2024.
