Camila is an lawyer with 20 years of experience in Intellectual Property. Currently, she leads the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Team and our Technology & Privacy practice.

Passionate about finding practical and efficient solutions, Camila is deeply involved in every strategy, ensuring that it bears her stamp. Her approach combines the disruptive with the traditional, striking a balance between innovation and legal certainty. An expert in out-of-court negotiations, she does not hesitate to litigate when the case requires it.

 

Experience

She began her career as an attorney in an Intellectual Property law firm in the province of Buenos Aires, managing a portfolio of more than 200 litigations. She then advanced in drafting legal strategies and, four years after obtaining her law degree (UBA), she was appointed Head of the Legal Department.

Seeking new challenges, in 2018 she joined Berton Moreno + Ojam as a senior associate. In 2019, she joined Ojam Bullrich Flanzbaum, where in December 2022 she was promoted to partner. In March 2025, she assumed leadership of the Technology & Privacy practice.

Her work has been recognized by Managing IP’s IP Stars ranking, which named her a Rising Star in 2022 and 2023. In 2024, the Leaders League ranking distinguished her in the Intellectual Property, Trademark and IP Litigation category with a rating of Excellent.
