Camila Sirianni

Camila is a lawyer with 16 years of experience in IP, and currently co-leads the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Team.

Always alert to the client’s needs, she will move heaven and earth to find a practical and efficient solution to the case presented to her, trying to leave her mark on each strategy.

She likes to find a balance between the disruptive and the conservative, she is skilled in negotiating all kinds of out-of-court agreements. However, she does not back down if having to face legal action.

Experience

Her first steps in the profession were taken as a prosecutor for a portfolio of more than 200 lawsuits, in an Intellectual Property Firm in the province of Buenos Aires. Then, she got involved in the preparation of legal documents and strategies and, following 4 years after graduating from Law School (UBA), she was appointed Head of the Legal Department.

In an effort to take on new challenges and stepping out of her comfort zone, she joined Berton Moreno + Ojam as a Senior Associate in 2018. In 2019, she became part of Ojam Bullrich Flanzbaum and was named a partner in December 2022.
